Whether you’ve been considering a move like this for years or have just begun your search, you likely have plenty of questions. While everyone’s circumstances are different, most individuals have the same goal in mind – to live and age well, with choice, comfort and opportunities you can take advantage of. Ask yourself:
Is my current home ideal for me as I get older?
Do I know what the future holds and the care I may need one day?
Who will I need to rely on in the future if I need support or services to remain independent?
Do I want more time to explore my interests, participate in social opportunities or improve my health and wellness?
Do I know what options are available today and which make the most sense for me?
We accommodate a wide range of interests with emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive programs, along with specially designed activities that include both individual and group engagement:
Our SilverCrest programs are simultaneously sensitive to individual resident interests while also creating a true sense of family among those living within our community. Together, we nurture and assist each resident to reach their optimum potential by safely fostering independence and self-reliance, enabling them to participate on their own terms to the greatest extent possible. Our program also encourages frequent resident communication with families — and visits from loved ones near and far are always welcome.
Here at SilverCrest our focus is nurturing independence and self-sufficiency to the greatest degree achievable for each resident, with a goal of encouraging socialization and activity while enabling them to enjoy a lifestyle offering comfort, dignity and purpose, guided by professionals.
We also offer disability, palliative and hospice for residents who may need these services at some time, as well as providing temporary respite care for families who currently provide home care to loved ones.
