Our Executive Director is Mike Houston. He has a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. Mike was a Youth and College Minister all over the great state of Texas for more than than15 years before beginning a career in Healthcare Sales, Marketing , and Administration, which he has done now for over 20 years! Mike loves his two boys, Zach (22) and Sam (21) and his Church, The Met! He is available anytime to discuss any questions you may have regarding SilverCrest Assisted Living & Memory Care or any Healthcare questions you may need help with! Mike’s resources in the Houston area Healthcare market are vast and if he doesn’t know the answer, chances are he knows someone who does!
Our Director of Nursing, Kaneez Zohra Siddiqui, DON, LVN, CWCA, is a passionate and compassionate nurse! She is a proud Lone Star College Graduate, with over ten years of experience in nursing management in the Southeast Texas region. She specializes in wound care and is an American Board of Wound Management Certified Wound Care Associate. She has a special focus on preventing, intervening, and treating minor skin issues to healing major skin traumas. She is an exceptional leader, with a hands-on approach and always willing to help her fellow care team and residents. She is God-loving and serves His creations with the upmost love and respect. You are always welcome to her office to chat, express concerns, give suggestions, or simply exchange a sweet smile!
